How do I make a payment on the website?
Just a few steps for site payment:

What payment methods do we not accept?
Fashonatic doesn’t accept E-cheques or cash-on-delivery (COD).
Why was I charged multiple times?
Owing to tech hiccups with the payment system or internet, you might get billed twice. No worries though, your money will be back in 2-5 banking days. Just let our helpful customer service team know with the details. We’ll chat with the payment guys and your bank. Or, talk directly to your bank to sort it out.
How can I confirm if my order went through?
Once you’ve made your order, an email alert from our website will hit your inbox. It confirms that your order’s gone through successfully.
