Order Cancellation Policy
Our top priority is to meet the needs and wishes of our customers. For this reason, we have set rules for canceling orders, aiming at making them happy.
If you need to cancel your buy, please confirm through Email, WhatsApp, or our Call Support within a day of the confirmation email receipt. A late cancellation notice will see a 35% deduction from your payment. Cancellations after 48 hours will have a 50% deduction. Sadly, we can’t accept cancellations after five days from confirming your order.
Just so you know, if your order is already on its way, canceling it isn’t possible. But don’t worry! You can still get a total refund. We have a 30-day no-stress return policy. All you need to do is return the item to our warehouse. We’ll handle everything else for you.
Things To Notice In A Cancellation Policy
- Change your mind within a day of buying? You’ll receive a full refund.
- Passed a day? We’ll keep 30% of your payment.
- If only three days remain before shipping and you choose to cancel? Half your payment’s necessary to cover costs.
- Remember, once the package is in transit, it can’t be stopped.
