Fashonatic.com delivers anywhere in the world at no extra charge, regardless of your purchase quantity. We prioritize prompt delivery while ensuring the freshness of our offerings. Our items are either tailored upon order or pre-sold, favoring new materials over excessive stock. We secure beloved styles in storage facilities in Chicago, USA, and London, UK. Typically, online orders are made to order which doesn’t hinder our swift shipping. Generally, crafting a jacket consumes 4-5 business days, custom orders excluded.
Fashonatic.com adheres to UAE regulations and does not do business with countries listed under OFAC sanctions. In case of multiple shipments, you might see different entries for each in your monthly statement.
The Process:
Usually, it takes about ten days to get your package. This time splits between crafting the item which takes 4 to 5 days and shipping it, which also takes around 4 to 5 days. We send your orders through speedy courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet. At times, if your item is in our UK or USA storage sites, we’ll use the local post services. For UK orders we use RoyalMail and USPS for the USA ones.
The Prices:
Shipping is free to plenty of places, like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. But, for some places in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Russia, there’s a tiny shipping charge. Why? Postage costs more in these places.
Customs Fees & Taxes:
We’re not responsible for any additional costs like import duties or taxes that might pop up. What you pay us doesn’t add these fees in. You know your local customs office best, so it’s your job to ask them about any taxes or duties. They’re related to purchasing or bringing in our products. Each country has different customs rules. Some take high-priced imported goods really seriously and slap big taxes on them.
How to Track Your Products?
Once your order is dispatched and tracking information provided, keeping tabs on delivery rests with you. Contact the courier if they face issues while attempting to deliver or if the package is retained. Remain alert to updates using the tracking details. In scenarios where delivery fails multiple times, the parcel could be discarded. This is not something we take accountability for.
Reasons If Your Shipment will be Delayed?

- Customs can sometimes hold up your items. Tweaking your order after it’s placed can also slow things down.
