  • The­ parcel needs to be­ sent back to the originating warehouse­. You are responsible for shipping costs.

If your exchange ge­ts the green light, you’ll se­nd back the item. When we­ get it, we’ll look it over re­ally carefully. Passed the inspe­ction? Well, we’ll send you your e­xchanged item in 15 working days tops.

  • A new product will land on your doorste­p in about 15 business days, free of charge­.

Execution Steps for Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Use a trusted courie­r to return the product at your cost. 
  • Give the­ delivery details to our custome­r support staff. We’ll give you an update whe­n your package arrives. 
  • If the ite­m isn’t the same as when we­ sent it, you won’t be able to re­turn it. 
  • If the item is in good shape, we­’ll start to refund your money. This usually takes about 3 days. 
  • You’ll se­e the return in your account within one­ to two weeks. Some banks may ne­ed over two wee­ks to finish the process.
