Second, if you find the perfect fit elusive, why not try customization? It lets you shape your order to your exact body shape, promising a perfect size. However, an essential point to remember is that we don’t entertain returns for incorrectly chosen sizes. We do allow exchanges, but the shipping fee for the new item would be on you. This way, even when errors occur, we still have a fix, just with a minor charge.

- Missed the 30-day period? Sorry, the offer is no more.
- Planning a return or swap? No laundry please. Returns get a no if the product’s not in its first state.
- Products with a history? They’re off the return and swap list.
- We’ll take back items if they’re just as you got them. But if they’re different, no dice.
- If there’s a cut, sorry, can’t take it back. Change something? No returns there.
- Made-to-order clothes? Not returnable.
- Sending stuff back means you cover the shipping price again.
- Opt for a courier that provides a tracking number for the package. Inform our customer support with the given number.
- The parcel needs to be sent back to the originating warehouse. You are responsible for shipping costs.
- Look out for any stains on the parcel as they disqualify the return policy.

Exchange Policy

If your exchange gets the green light, you’ll send back the item. When we get it, we’ll look it over really carefully. Passed the inspection? Well, we’ll send you your exchanged item in 15 working days tops.

- It’s up to you to handle the shipping cost for the item you’d like to swap. Kindly return the product to the original warehouse.
- You should kick off the switch-up by mailing us the package in hand.
- For the return trip of the mistaken item, a tracking courier service is suggested. Once you’ve got the tracking digits in place, do hit up our customer care crew with it.
- A new product will land on your doorstep in about 15 business days, free of charge.
- Yet, don’t forget that customs fees are on your plate.
- We don’t exchange customer parcel of yours.

Execution Steps for Refund and Exchange Policy
- For making a return or exchange, take pictures of the product you got.
- Write an email, detailing the reasons for your return or exchange. Include the photos in the email and send it to sales@fashonatic.com.
- Our customer service will contact you with a reply within a day. They’ll give you an address to send back the item.
- Use a trusted courier to return the product at your cost.
- Give the delivery details to our customer support staff. We’ll give you an update when your package arrives.
- If the item isn’t the same as when we sent it, you won’t be able to return it.
- If the item is in good shape, we’ll start to refund your money. This usually takes about 3 days.
- You’ll see the return in your account within one to two weeks. Some banks may need over two weeks to finish the process.
